Whole bathroom was full of water on floor due to leakage from some pipe somewhere there. On complaint it was told that plumber will come in morning only and will then check the leakage. There is no hanger in bathroom for hanging undergarments and towel.

I recently stayed at the moziac in gwalior. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are very comfortable. But the best thing about this hotel is the service. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
